  59. ;09   on the subsequent 3 days.
  60. ;11 10/2+3 indicates that the four days will be marked each year.
  61. ;12 '?' can be used in place of the name or number of a month
  62. ;13 to indicate all months:
  63. ;14 10/? means the tenth day of each month,
  64. ;15 10/?/87 means the tenth day of each month in 1987.
  65. ;16 32/2 means the last day of each February
  66. ;17 32/? means the last day of each month
  67. ;18 \s26/6/89 !2d means every other day starting 26/6/89
  68. ;19 \s26/6/89 !3w means every third week starting 26/6/89
  69. ;20 \s10/1/89 !3m means every third month starting 10/1/89

  71. ;22 \n1/2/88 This 'nag' appointment converts to a note after 1/2/88
  72. ;23 1/2/88-7 This 'forward nag' shows as a note for the 7 days before
  73. ;24   1/2/88 (as well as a regular appointment on 1/2/88)

  75. ;26 \1 is same as \I; \2, \3 and \4 are lower priorities
